So here is a black murderer who may have gotten treated gently to avoid problems and a dead cop is the result. Who cares? Not Obama, Holder, the current AG, Jesse or Al. Black cop lives don’t matter at all to those and their masses.

NOLA and Detroit are two different cities so it's hard to compare the two. NOLA is still 1/3 white and these white people don't seem to be going anywhere soon. NOLA is still a tourist destination with a little over 9 million tourist a year. NOLA is still a center for music and the arts.
The biggest thing Detroit and NOLA have in common is a city council which is trying to ruin the city.

NOLA is one of the most corrupt cities in America. It battles Chicago for the top spot.

No, it is not. Unlike other parts of the Country Louisiana is doing something about the corruption. Putting people in jail. Politicians down here are scared.
