We saw an act of evil. Racist, bigoted evil, and to me the amazing thing is that it was met with grief and love. Think about how far we’ve come since 1963. The whole weight of the government throughout the South was to impede finding and holding and bringing to justice the men who perpetrated the [Birmingham] bombing.rWhat do you think?

Now maybe there’s some magic law that will keep us from having more of these. I mean basically the only way to guarantee that we will dramatically reduce acts of violence involving guns is to basically remove guns from society, and until somebody gets enough “oomph” to repeal the Second Amendment, that’s not going to happen.

Rove is as looney as the rest of his RINO pals. They all want to forget that strict parenting is the key. But since they want to protect kids from their parents more than the problem kids...so goes the problem.

Traitors will not stop with the 2nd Amendment but will get rid of the rest of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution while they are at it.
I believe Norway leads the world in rampage violence. We are fourth after, I think, Denmark and Israel.
After they repeal the 2nd Amendment, there will still be problems. Then, to stop Internet and talk radio “hate,” they will need to repeal the 1st Amendment.
I say, repeal the “Republican Party.”

As far as the rest of the field is concerned, I’ve been a Walker supporter, but the more I think about it Trump may trump everyone.
He’s not saying getting rid of guns...by getting rid of the second amendment. He’s saying you’d have to rewrite the amendment. I can imagine some fake foundation group standing there and saying that six-round pistols and hunting rifles would be acceptable...but nothing automatic. A month into this new phase....some guy would shoot down forty people with a six-round pistol, and then we’d have to suggest a one-round pistol as being the only acceptable thing...except some idiot could have forty pistols lined up and shoot another forty people the next month....just to prove a point.
Even with all the rules that exist in Germany....about every eighteen months....there’s a mass shooting of some type. With massive rules....people still find a way to get around rules or laws.

It seems to be a lot more logical that a crazy kid killed those people than Obama was behind it. There is no doubt that the MSM “oversensationalize” it.

My dad used to tell me that padlocks won’t stop thieves, only keep honest people honest.
Guns are mostly good for keeping honest people alive.....and governments honest.

I think that there will be a last minute change with who will get the Communist Party nomination. It’s going to be Julian Castro, the current mayor of San Antonio.
And, yes, the GOP Establishment won’t mind one little bit. They currently enjoy all of the trappings, perks and benefits that their positions offer and have NO accountability or responsibility at all. Karl Rove will make his millions even when Jeb is trashed in the polls.
