As to White Privilege that wold seem to disqualify Hillary from everything was she has had it all her life. It is amazing how we equate being white as if they were the only people to own slaves when the history of the world is rife with multiple examples of slavery in all form and by all peoples.
A lot of the slaves from Africa were sold out to the traders by rival tribes or sometimes even traitors within their own. That also became one of the excuses for slavery was that they were already enslaved by their own people.
Actually, I hope she continues with her “white privilege” talk. The majority of this country’s population is still white and, with the exception of hard left/liberals (who have long since drunk the Kool-Aid), very few of the remaining upper, middle, and lower class voters probably believe they are living lives of extraordinary “white privilege” as they struggle to find jobs, raise families, pay taxes, and try to save something for retirement.
This kind of race-based talk will alienate them. The neat thing is the “me too effect” that her talking about white privilege will have on other Democratic candidates and their media lapdogs. They will feel the need to pander and, in turn, alienate even more white voters.
Hopefully, it will alienate them sufficiently that the Democrats among them will consider a Republican candidate who, if he or she has any brains, will provide a much more positive picture of a united AMERICAN people who are all motivated by a set of beliefs rooted in the common patriotic principles of our country.
