Vermont is now peopled by Brooklyn, NY, progressives (some I knew back in the 60’s) who migrated there for the purpose of stealing an underpopulated state. It is now Ben and Jerry land
And Ben and Jerry sold out to UniLever. That's true that VT has attracted a lot of trendy idealists. That doesn't stop Vermonters from being sincere about the environment.
