It’s a symbol of our nation being divided in a bloody war that killed a record number of people for an American War. Yes, I don’t agree with the flag on official government buildings, but not for the same reasons stated by the political yahoos right now. On historical buildings, if that is the actual flag that was on them at the time, then put the flags down.
That flag reminds that ONCE States were important..
That States were more important than the federal gov’t..
THAT’S exactly WHY.... many HATE that flag..
The federal gov’t is the elephant on the room defecating on everything..
Many don’t want hear that, think about it.. do anything at all about it.. and refuse to consider IT!...
