This racist witch won’t release any of the evidence in the case. The one “distorting facts” is you Ms. Mosby!
“conflicts of interest — including that Mosby could become a “central witness” in the case because her office communicated with police about increasing drug enforcement on the corner where police came in contact with Gray weeks prior to his arrest.” It is not in the interest of justice for Gray, the officers, or Baltimore for Mosby’s office to handle this prosecution.
Unless the judge is corrupt, he/she cannot deny Mosby’s major interest in convicting the officers of SOMETHING, specifically because SHE requested the increased drug enforcement. If the police merely carried out her request, Mosby is the author of Gray’s demise. To save her bacon politically unless their conduct exceeded legality and her expectations of what “increased drug enforcement” meant on a practical level.
Of course, her deposition or testimony under oath regarding who prompted her to request the enhanced enforcement, could be very interesting. (How did she know it was needed? Why exactly there? Who did she speak to about it?) Also whether she had any knowledge, before she made the request, about complaints against Baltimore cops for “rough rides”, deaths in custody, or brutal treatment of minorities. If she wasn’t aware of it, she was incompetent. If she was aware, she knowingly put mean-mistreaters on Freddie. We can assume the defense is mining video of her campaign speeches and prior statements for any criticism of police conduct.
Mosby is the perfect Democrat political hack: Black, female, vitriolic, and racially biased. We will see how incompetent she is when she starts to lose motions on the change of venue issue, which witnesses will be subpoenaed to testify for the defense, internal emails to the Police, complaints about the drug crime at North and Penn. area, etc.
Baltimore voted for this clown. Now they will have to endure the second act of the show, the first act being the riots/looting/burning.
