And it might be the lighting, but he doesn't look "white" in that picture. Light-skinned black, Hispanic, or Middle-Eastern,Doesn't look black at all. That is not a black person's nose, at least not a typical one.

Judged by facial characteristics and skin tone, the shooter could be Baltimore assassin Snoop from "The Wire". The shooter's hair might be straight, but aren't there wigs and hair straighteners?
