Police and federal law enforcement agencies were in the midst an all-out manhunt Thursday morning for the gunman they say is responsible for killing 9 people in a Charleston South Carolina church Wednesday night in what police described as a hate crime.
The suspect opened fire on a bible study group at the historic black Emanuel AME Church on Calhoun street, killing eight people in an "unfathomable." Two other people were rushed to the hospital where one died.
Early Thursday morning, police released pictures from surveillance footage showing the suspect, a younger white man, approximately 21-25 years old, as well as the car he was driving, police said.

Something fishy here. Guy goes to a “prayer meeting” that was not announced on the church website or Facebook, shoots a state senator and politically connected “Reverend” who by chance was at a Hillary campaign fund raiser earlier the same day, along with seven others. Shoots and kills nine of ten people before any can escape or overpower him, with a handgun, after calmly sitting around biding his time until the right moment, lets the tenth person live “as a witness” and gets away without getting caught by authorities. This was a highly trained individual— maybe a nutcase with a lot of time and patience, but this was NOT some random emotional act of violence, imo.

Because not all states require two license plates - and South Carolina is one of them. In South Carolina, the plate is attached to the rear of the vehicle.

And it might be the lighting, but he doesn't look "white" in that picture. Light-skinned black, Hispanic, or Middle-Eastern, but not the kind of white associated with blonde hair.
Spree killers typically don’t have that kind of control. They would act up enough to be noticed if they are interacting with a group.
Something tells me this guy is not going to fit anyone’s narrative.
Agree with your assessment. The shooter may have been targeting one person and used this as a cover to divert attention.
