Donald Trump is running for president. The multi-billionaire announced his presidential plans today from his namesake tower in New York City. Trump, 69, was introduced by his daughter Ivanka as he formally declared his 2016 intentions, descending down an escalator with wife Melania to speak to the gathered crowd. In his remarks he attacked the Obama administration on everything from immigration and terrorism to Obamacare and the job market as he promised to bring back the American dream. He also released his financial information, revealing a net worth of $8.7billion.
'We need somebody that literally will take this country and make it great again. We can do that,' said Trump. I will be the greatest jobs president God ever created 'Ladies and gentlemen, I am officially running for president of the United States, and we are going to make our country great again.'
As for what he could do for the country, Trump said he would be the 'greatest jobs president God ever created.' He then added; 'The fact is, the American Dream is dead - but if I win, I will bring it back bigger and better and stronger than ever before.'
As for Obamacare, Trump called the program a 'disaster.' 'ObamaCare must be repealed and replaced with something far superior and at far less cost,' he said in his remarks.
Trump also put much of the focus of his speech on the issue of immigration.
The fact is, the American Dream is dead - but if I win, I will bring it back bigger and better and stronger than ever before. 'It is way past time to build a massive wall to secure our southern border - and nobody can build a bigger and better wall than Donald Trump,' said Trump.

In all honesty Trump is the only candidate who has bluntly said that the illegals coming here are not like you and me. They are the dregs of society of Mexico and C America. Its true and they have to be stopped.
Trump actually wants to build a physical fence and stop them from coming. None of the other candidates is going to do that or even promise to do it. They are owned by big business donors. The truth can be a troublesome thing.
Trump is running for Trump.
He may be doing it for more reasons but be sure he knows there’s something in it for him. More popularity for the next reality show - who knows.
I hope he makes the cut for the top 10 for the August debate and I hope his money peels votes from Rinos and Rand.

And when Trumps 9 Billion fortune is threatened by the companies doing business with him/his companies, and lets face facts, he will still run his holdings regardless of front companies saying they do it for him, how fast do you think he will evolve his position?
Trump has no choice but to put his holdings in a Blind Trust if elected.

When or if Trump gets nominated 90% of the Freepers will vote for him. If we all voted for McStain and Mitt we can vote for Trump. I have no problem with Trump other than waiting see how his poll numbers go. I think he is going to expose these wishy washy politicians in the debates. Can’t wait.
