The massive manhunt for two escaped murderers from the Dannemora prison has been hampered by State Police secrecy, inter-agency rivalries, and the disrupting involvement of Gov. Andrew Cuomo on the first day of the breakout, law enforcement sources have told The Post.
Cuomo’s surprise arrival at a still-unfolding escape scene a week ago Saturday generated considerable national publicity for the governor, but distracted investigators at a time when the full facts of the escape were not yet known, the sources said.

There was video on Fox of Department of Corrections jail guards trying to search a heavily wooded hillside.
It was Keystone Kops. They all had low quarter shoes on. Some even had 10 placti-ciffs on their belt, which kept catching on branches.
None of these guys had been in the woods since they slipped out of the Junior High School 9th Grade Prom with Maggie Quackenbush for some heavy petting behind a pine tree.

You can always tell because the Warden or any facility leadership is never mentioned.
Ditching the bodies in inconspicuous places at night.
Different car/victim every 8-12 hours. Nothing but cash. Smashed smart phones.
Those guys are 1/2 way to Mexico by now, traveling state and county highways.
By now at least one of the victims would have been reported missing by family members.
They’re fighting over who gets to do the news conferences and who’ll announce the capture, if it happens.
It’s come to this.
You can see it in all news conferences involving “government officials”.
Really disgusting stuff as they pose for the cameras complement each other.
Not if the the victims have a lunatic holding a gun to their head while telling family members everything is just peachy.
BTW, anyone the convicted murderers hold hostage until moving on to the next victims, will be killed. No way they can leave anyone alive.
If they’re “ditching the bodies in inconspicuous places at night,” how are those victims telling family members everything is peachy, no matter how many guns are being held to their head?

Easy Tom, they very well could be holding the same people hostage they took from day one.
They could still be hunkered down in the same home waiting for things to cool. These guys are not stupid Tom.
In this case they’d allow Aunt Hogjaw to speak with Uncle Jimmy if he happened to call on the phone. She’d have a knife to her throat or gun to her head. They know anything unusual in that region would get attention so they’d have to allow the calls.
The reason they’d likely need to kill hostage, is because once they decide to move on, it would buy them more time to put lots of miles between them. If they didn’t kill Aunt Hogjaw as soon as they bailed out, she’d be screaming to the cops quickly and they’d zoom in and be hot on their trail.
These scenarios have all happened before.
