Francis' first major teaching letter on climate change and its effects on the planet's poor

I wonder if it says that imposing economy-crippling taxes and regulations to deal with a pretend problem is going to stop economic growth and hurt the world's poor tremendously?

One hundred ninety two pages (Proverbs 10:19) versus God’s single sentence assurance of Genesis 18:22 that cold and hot, summer and winter will never cease for as long as the earth endures.

Regarding the poor, John 12:8 shows that Jesus indicated that there will always be poor people.
