Police Commissioner Anthony W. Batts said last week that they have “endured a lot of trauma.” He added that officers have “an ethical responsibility to this city, to the babies, to the kids, to the mothers, to the weak ones that are out there, to protect this city as a whole and keep their job going in that direction.”

I wonder if Police Commissioner Batts has strapped on his gun belt, jumped in a patrol car and headed out to the streets, leading his officers from the front or if he just sits in his office and makes statements like these.

Ya think it just MIGHT be possible..............

....for some drugged-up, numb thug (no autopsy, ya see) to repeatedly smash his own head on the paddy wagon wall, half-severing his own neck causing mortal injury?
