FOOD FOR THE SOUL: THE CHOPIN NOCTURNESThe nocturnes of Opus 9 all have the touch of bel canto opera; any of the three sound like they could have come from an opera by Bellini. The hushed stillness of the middle section in D-flat and G-flat makes my screen go blurry.
