“As of this release, there are a total of 44 shell casings recovered from the Twin Peaks scene. This number does not include the revolver rounds fired by non-law enforcement shooters. Those casings are still being counted. 12 of those casings were from the rifles of 3 Waco Officers who discharged their weapons in defense of their selves or a third party”

So 44 casings recovered with no pistol rounds counted as of yet. Of the 44 12 are by the Waco PD. I hope I read that correctly. That would leave 32 rounds fired by other agencies.

Because wheel guns don't eject their cases. We don't know what the mix of rifle and semi auto pistol cases are.

Yeah, but what other agencies are non law enforcement agencies?

I think the chief is being evasive here.

They didn't say no pistol rounds, jut that the revolver rounds were still being counted (since they don't auto-eject). So the 32 rounds could be from other bikers, not other agencies.
