Discovered inside the huge tranche of secretive Obamatrade documents released by Wikileaks are key details on how technically any Republican voting for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would technically also be voting to massively expand President Obamas executive authority when it comes to immigration matters.
The mainstream media covered the Wikileaks document dump extensively, but did not mention the immigration chapter contained within it, so Breitbart News took the documents to immigration experts to get their take on it. Nobody has figured how big a deal the documents uncovered by Wikileaks are until now. (See below)
The presidents Trade in Services Act (TiSA) documents, which is one of the three different close-to-completely-negotiated deals that would be fast-tracked making up the presidents trade agreement, show Obamatrade in fact unilaterally alters current U.S. immigration law. TiSA, like TPP or the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP) deals, are international trade agreements that President Obama is trying to force through to final approval. The way he can do so is by getting Congress to give him fast-track authority through TPA.

Admin Moderator: Would you please replace my post of this article in breaking news with this one?
We need more information than that, like a link.
NAFTA, which is now two decades old, also contains a clause to provide funds for assisting displaced workers.
In twenty years I have never met a single person who collected a dime from this supposed fund. Not one.
Cruz proposed an Amendment that specifically addressed the issue of our Immigration Laws and that they could not be circumvented by any trade agreement. McConnell did not allow it to be voted on in the Senate. There is some possibility that the Cruz language could be adopted by the House. I notified my Rep. not to vote in favor of this unless it did contain that language.
We don't vote in New Hampshire for 243 days.
I have a lot of time to make up my mind.
The problem is McConnell (no surprise there), not Cruz.
Sometimes I’d like to slap McConnell’s neck waddle clear over his head! Given where he keeps his head most of the time, I’d have to use sterile gloves.
Sadly, Cruz seems to have voted for 0bamaTrade FastTrack. I know he can later vote against the full deal, one time, with no amendments.
But that’s the problem. 0bama will sell out as much of American as he can get past Congress.
So, the whole Senate set 0bama up for the win, and America for the loss.
Cruz should have spotted that game.
And I’m a 100% fully paid in Cruz Supporter.
Do you understand that was nothing more than posturing and stage craft?
The law precludes Amendments.
And Ted Cruz voted to enable this Law to be "Fast-Tracked"...needing only a mere majority of votes in the Congress.
No debate. No Amendments. No Filibuster.
No Article II, Section II.
Hell, no Constitution at all.
Did Mitch force Cruz to vote in a certain way?
IS THIS CULTURAL RAPE?
Rape (noun)
The crime of using force or the threat of force to compel a person to submit to sexual intercourse.
My and my wife’s ancestors all of them jumped through all the hoops to come here legally. And I have absolutely NO problem with productive, hard-working citizens from FRIENDLY nations jumping through the same hoops to become ASSIMILATED Americans. And I have no problem even with those from officially UNfriendly places who, having helped us there at some point, have been threatened with death for doing so coming here to become Americans after thorough vetting.
I caught a statistic recently that indicated over 70% of Americans want our borders secured and the illegal tidal wave to stop.
Can someone explain WHY Obama’s insertion of illegals/aliens under threat of force from all over the world into what little remains of American culture is NOT an act of CULTURAL RAPE?
If you’re a so-called progressive reading this and find it too complicated to fully grasp, here’s a simpler analogy: Think of Obama as a rapist, the remnants of American culture as his victim and the Third World aliens he’s forcing on many of our communities as his penis.
There, is that better?
Over 220 years ago, Mr. Jefferson put it in far more elegant terms:
Every species of government has its specific principles. Ours perhaps are more peculiar than those of any other in the universe. It is a composition of the freest principles of the English constitution, with others derived from natural right and natural reason. To these nothing can be more opposed than the maxims of absolute monarchies (RAB: I would add to that dictatorships/tyrannies). Yet, from such, we are to expect the greatest number of emigrants. They will bring with them the principles of the governments they leave, imbibed in their early youth; or, if able to throw them off, it will be in exchange for an unbounded licentiousness, passing, as is usual, from one extreme to another. It would be a miracle were they to stop precisely at the point of temperate liberty. These principles, with their language, they will transmit to their children. In proportion to their numbers, they will share with us the legislature. (They will attain public office and legislative influence.) They will infuse into it their spirit, warp and bias its direction, and render it a heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.
Thanks to Obama’s ongoing ravaging of America and culture here, we HAVE BECOME that ...heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.
(The Cliff Notes version: They come HERE to escape THERE only to find that they have turned HERE INTO THERE!)
And, trust me when I tell you it will only get worse until the America WE knew (warts and all) will merge into the other Third World hellholes Obama and his minions will create here.

The TPP Bill can be amended, not the Trade Agreements.
They will be debated, nowhere is debate precluded.
The Constitution does not forbid Congress assign this Authority to a President if they pass such a bill.
And, an honorable man.
There are HUNDREDS, if not thousands of Cruz supporters on this forum that simply will not acknowledge this reality.
Sheeesh. I'm starting to think Cruz is the "Republican Obama".
The cult of personality around Cruz on this forum is downright scary.
I've been here since 1998, and the HALLMARK of this site has always been free and open discussion...and the VETTING of any and all conservative candidates.
And, of course, the excoriation of liberals, homo advocates, baby killers, Democrats etc.
But Jim has provided the single greatest service in the entire conservative blogosphere by not suppressing debate and the vetting of potential candidates on OUR side.
Until a few months before the votes are cast. Then be careful.
The TPP bill simply EXECUTES the TPP agreements in US law.
Once POTUS signs the Agreements, Congress can bring to the floor ONLY enabling legislation. Only. No Amendments/ TPA says so.
Oh, and FYI for all: This is PRECISELY, PRECISELY the process being used to enable Obama's nuke deal with the Mullahs in Iran.
How do you feel about it in THAT context? Is THAT Constitutional because Congress and POTUS agree on the process for THAT?
And GOP is determined to see it pass.
Again, this is rule by decree. This is banana republic stuff.
Nope! He is done in my book!
Iran likely already has Nukes. They had the capacity for enrichment the last time inspections were allowed. Now they are just working on the ICBM’s to deliver them. This bunch of talks with Kerry is a lot of garbage.
So now you’ve read the bill? What state do you represent in congress? Would we recognize you if we saw you on the street?
