She’s lawyered up. Here’s the latest;
What is REALLY funny, TBT, is that some self-appointed experts EVEN think they’re being spoken to when YOU are being addressed.
Literacy. A beautiful thing. :)
And Tatiana and Grace and the other flash mob party crashers have learned there will be no repercussions for their criminal activities. Their problems are solved.

The HOA should try to collect damages in civil court.
They know who planned the party.
Did you see an entirely different video than everyone else?”
Nope T-Bone, I just view the role of LEO’s quite differently that you do! Somehow doing somersaults chasing a bunch of kids, using foul language, waving a handgun, and sitting on a 14 year-old girl in a bikini doesn’t make my list of things good cops should be doing. McKinney isn’t Baltimore as one of the Black residents of the community there shared with the nation on TV last night. The cop who resigned was ill-suited to be a LEO. If you think his actions were acceptable, I’m glad I don’t live near you.
And CVS and the other business owners should relax and sue the rioters in Baltimore. We don’t need the police, we just need better lawyers.
“And CVS and the other business owners should relax and sue the rioters in Baltimore. We dont need the police, we just need better lawyers.”
I don’t live in Maryland and have almost no info on what happened there.
In McKinney there hasn’t been any looting or burning.
Also it’s probably more difficult to file a lawsuit on a mob than on an individual.
What? You live under a rock?
In McKinney there hasnt been any looting or burning.
Not yet. But there were kids vandalizing the pool and fighting with each other and with the residents and assaulting residents and security guards. But its OK since they didnt loot or burn it down. Perhaps that didnt happen because the police showed up and got things under control before it got to that point.

So if you and your neighbors are having a backyard party and a bunch of youts from outside of your neighborhood come in and crash it, you would call your lawyer before calling the police?
“What? You live under a rock?”
No I just don’t have a TV and I wasn’t very interested in it. Not living in Maryland.

No charges have been filed any of those things. At least I’m not aware of any charges being filed.
Had there been significant damage there would have been more arrests and charges filed.
The only report I saw about serious damages was a Facebook post. Hardly a credible source.
Same with the assault charges. I did see the video of the women fighting but since nobody was arrested there hasn’t been any more credible info that I’ve seen about that.

Hard to say exactly since in this case some of the kids did in fact have a right to be there.
I think, given what I’ve been able to verify, that I’d go after the DJ. Get him out and the party evaporates.
But I don’t participate in communal living like that so That’s an after the fact guess.
Basically you don’t have any valid reason to believe what you do. An appeal to an authority’s opinion doesn’t trump hard evidence and reports by people actually living there, which all support the cop and not the chief and liberal media.

Is the hard evidence you refer to the video. Because everybody has seen it and lots of people have said the cop was in the right and lots of people have said it was brutality. At the end of the day it’s up to the McKinney PD not what me or anybody else thinks.
As far as people actually living there. Again there’s 2 sides saying different things.
In the end the law enforcement professionals made their statement.
I just saw a statement from Eric Casebolts lawyer and he said his clients emotions got the better of him.

You seem to lack the cognitive ability to think for yourself. Casebolt ought not cave under the pressure, but should fight the liars and the neurotics such as yourself.
“You seem to lack the cognitive ability to think for yourself. Casebolt ought not cave under the pressure, but should fight the liars and the neurotics such as yourself.”
And you seem to not care very much for the rule of law if it doesn’t go your way.
Cop got out of control, cop got put on leave pending an investigation, cop tendered his resignation, his resignation was accepted.
A bunch of online rabble rousing doesn’t change that.
By this time next week this will be mostly forgotten and then on to the next thing.
Rule of law? Online rabble rousers? You are a troll.
“Rule of law? Online rabble rousers? You are a troll.”
Nope. I just believe in equal application of the law.
I’ve frequently railed about out of control cops whose departments cover for them.
That didn’t happen this time.
They did it by the book.
