Cali is part of the “reform” of the electoral college — their law kicks in once the threshold of number of states is reached. NY was at least considering participation as well. It will tie the casting of the participating states’ electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote.

That will push up Pubbie turnout in blue states, and given the size of some of those states, probably usher in an era of red Presidents that won’t go away for a good while.

Of course, the first time it backfires on them, they’ll be holding their breath hoping the country turns blue, calling the result “unfair” and “unjust”, and even though it was their stupid idea, try to get the electoral delegates to “vote their conscience”.

Pork steak, with seasoning and flour or cornstarch pounded in, pan or deep fat fried. Iowa staple.

A Midwest thing, huh?

Yeah, well, you should never come down to Texas and start talking about breading tenderloin anything. We’ll run you back up to the Midwest tout suite! ;-)

It’s like a chicken fried steak sandwich, only with pork.

Chicken fried steak is not tenderloin! Chicken fried steak is the cheapest cut of meat off of the bull. That is why it is breaded! ;-)

I think it just another attempt by the MSM to protray Republicans as rich and elitist. Tenderloin sounds so much more upperclass than chicken fried steak. Don’t want to have Pubbies eating real people food.

Got a friend in Hutto Texas that has a fit about coming back here for tenderloins. Guess he hasn’t looked around enough!
