He should be charged for causing a riot.
But the office still was not in control of himself and it could have gone very very badly once his gun came out of his holster.
I think that when you come on strong, with such EXTREME OPINIONS of the INCIDENT, and WHO was RIGHT or WRONG (like you did about the officer involved), then it would behoove you to FIND OUT the ACTUAL FACTS FIRST.
