Jesus is one third of the Trinity. When you speak of Jesus CHRIST you are speaking of God, so the founders named God and pled for God's blessings upon the land and the people, thus Jesus CHRIST is included in the pleadings to God.

That said, it could be that God has blessed America for it's making a refuge for Jews and since 1948 Israel. That is not so much in play anymore, what with lop ears running his oligarchs' regime to destroy America as a We The People Republic.

Many of the founders did not conflate God and Jesus. Jesus for them was irrelevent since they were not Christian. The only invocation to any higher power that I see in the founding documents is an oblique reference to a Creator in the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration was composed by Jefferson who was certainly not a Christian, so there was not conflation in his mind.

For the founders that were Christian, they did not see fit to put religious language into the Constitution.
