When the diseases once again become too strong for any sort of medication, it’s back to the Dark Ages and we’re all completely scr*wed.
I was diagnosed with TB over 40 years ago. They locked me in the TB ward at Milwaukee General. Finally after almost a year, they dug into my lungs and found out it was atypical, non contagious, and I’d probably gotten it gardening. I had split up a huge Lilly patch in my yard. They’re tubers. In that year of isolation, with real TB patients, I lost everything I owned. Took meds for a year and a half. Had an exray last week, and you can’t even find any scars. They shoulda put the aids patients in locked wards.
