Obama derides judge who blocked amnesty

President Obama scoffed at the “individual district court judge” who blocked his deportation amnesty, insisting Monday that he still believes his policy is legal despite repeated legal setbacks and vowing to push ahead where he can on aiding illegal immigrants.

But Mr. Obama said he’ll abide by Judge Andrew S. Hanen’s injunction — which has since been tentatively upheld by a federal appeals court — because that’s the way the system works.

“Even if it’s an individual district court judge who is making this determination, we’ve got to go through the process to challenge it. And until we get clarity there, I don’t want to bring people in, have them apply and jump through a lot of hoops only to have it deferred and delayed further,” the president said during a press conference at the conclusion of the G-7 summit.

Judge Hanen halted Mr. Obama’s amnesty on Feb. 16, ruling that the president’s policy to grant three-year work permits and legal documents to as many as 5 million illegal immigrants was big enough that it should have gone through public notice...

Obama's initial $2 million seed money will flow through the so-called Justice AmeriCorps, a group launched last summer by the DOJ Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). According to the DOJ grant announcement: “ US Govt Grants will enable grantees to enroll lawyers and paralegals to serve as AmeriCorps members providing direct legal representation and other legal services to illegals...."

NOTE Lawyer participation in this program is grounds for immediate disbarment under the US doctrine called "clean hands." "Clean hands" is a legal term meaning US justice is not dispensed to anyone who has committed an offense against the law....such as jumping the border.

This empowered the secretaries of State and Homeland Securityin consultation with the director of the Office of Management and Budget, the director of the National Economic Council, the assistant to the president for homeland security and counterterrorism, the director of the Domestic Policy Council, the director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, the attorney general, and the secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Labor and Education.

The order was to make a series of recommendations “to reduce government costs, improve services for applicants, reduce burdens on employers, and combat waste, fraud, and abuse in the system” of issuing immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

The scam works this way: signed Boobamba memos "delegate" to federal agencies orders to come up with plans (that must advance Boobamba's global conspiracy to overthrow the US govt w/ Third World federales and their cadres jumping the US border).

The federal agencies then "invent" Committees to do this (the better to overthrow the US govt). Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, will be published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.

So Boobamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells federal factotums what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law. Obama has levied two attacks on the judicial system in this trip. In this case on his shamnesty and he is also attacking the Supreme Court for even having the temerity to hear the case against Obamacare. He is further emboldening his followers to pursue lawlessness.

It’s astonishing how many times he’s been critical of our nation and any American who he decides doesn’t support anything he’s done (legal or not) when he’s in a foreign country.

My reading is that Hanen is calling Roberts’ bluff and raising the stakes, with chips all in. Other federal judges, US marshalls and military generals are probably taking note. We live in interesting times. And in other news, boating accidents are on the rise.
