Recently, Gehad el-Haddad, a senior adviser and media spokesman for the Muslim Brotherhood was sentenced to life in prison in Egpyt..... he was the main English-language spokesman for the Muslim Brotherhood. el-Haddad is also a former employee of the Clinton Foundation.
