The document was inspired on President Dilma Roussef politics of cond[e]mnation of Israel "crimes" against "Palestinian People" and the names will be delivered to a Committee of Solidarity With "Palestine".
Are you making a point about the ethnicity of the parties in boldface? One assumes Mr. Schlosser is German, and Wikipedia says Mrs. Roussef is of Bulgarian descent; the name was originally Rusev.

When a government wants a list by name of Jews or Americans or Germans or etc.., it can’t be for something “good”.
