15 year old boys should never be touching pre-teen girls, even in “playing”
If that is what you consider “playing” I feel sorry for you and any kids you are in charge of.
Of course they shouldn't (he was barely 14)probably 8th grade
I have been in charge of children for many years and have passed more state and school psychological tests and CYA tests than you can imagine....but I am a realist and children are curious and where there are boy children and girl children involved they tend to investigate.99.9% totally harmless and very common.
