15 year old boys should never be touching pre-teen girls, even in “playing” If that is what you consider “playing” I feel sorry for you and any kids you are in charge of.

I have been in charge of children for many years and have passed more state and school psychological tests and CYA tests than you can imagine....but I am a realist and children are curious and where there are boy children and girl children involved they tend to investigate.99.9% totally harmless and very common.

You are fighting a losing battle. Old people forget that a 14 year old does not think like an adult. That's why they are protected (or are supposed to be) by juvenile laws.

I had a juvenile judge for a class in college. He was committed to doing he all he could to keep a kid out of the system. Why? Diversion works much better than detention. Keeping the kid afraid to be locked up is actually better than locking them up. Once they are locked up they realize the adults can't hurt them and they become emboldened.
