Good grief, a 13/14 year old boy touches his sister, through her clothing and people are ready to crucify him.....kids play I’ll show you mine if you’ll show me yours all the time....and if you jailed every male who touched a female through her clothing there wouldn’t be enough cell space in the universe.....
15 year old boys should never be touching pre-teen girls, even in “playing”
If that is what you consider “playing” I feel sorry for you and any kids you are in charge of.
