Technically we are living under fascism, not tyranny. Fascism is the absolute authority of the state over all activities in the private sector.
I talk with physicians all the time. All are looking for ways to return to patient centered practice without the domination of government, insurance and lawyers. That triumvirate has shredded the finest medical system in the world.

Well said.

The inside-the-beltway crowd is going to do the same thing to the rest of the economy with TPP / TPA legislation.

The answer is to act. So many people can’t see to function outside the insurance/gov’t model. There are indeed other options.
