The medical profession was strangely silent, a profession that had it spoken out would have had ample support and cover since people will FAR more believe their physicians than politicians.
First off, to whom are you referring to as "they"? If you're referring to individual physicians, there were many of them (us) crying out about the outrages contained in ACA. Organized Medicine, on the other hand [aka the AMA], is about as timid as Congressional Republicans and didn't make a peep, as I recall. Even if they had, the MSM wouldn't have /reported/amplified it.
