Isn’t Scott Walker already working that corner?
Kasich is my governor. Walker is more conservative that Kasich, imho. I like Kasich, but he’s an oddball. I mean truly an oddball. He gives long thoughtful addresses that would be more welcome in a seminary class on putting Christianity into Action than in a campaign stop. I was standing alongside some high school students when he came to our town during his first gubernatorial campaign, and he asked them a simple question about US government. They didn’t have a clue. He grinned at them, talked to their teacher who explained they maybe weren’t the students most interested in school, but they were available and wanted to come see a candidate.
His big thing is getting welfare people off of welfare. He says that can’t happen unless we can get them and the nation to the point that what they make at entry level jobs matches what they can get via handouts.
