Calling trans women “male” is like the background noise of transphobia. It comes from many directions, and it’s pretty much constant. On one level, it’s a lazy invalidation of who and what we are, offered up by armchair biology fans who insist that trans women are always and forever “male”. On another, it’s unwittingly perpetuated rhetoric by people trying to provide 101-level explanations of what it means to be transgender while unaware that they may be causing even more confusion. And, of course, it’s overtly weaponized as a rallying cry of those looking to keep our genders from being recognized and protected under the law.
But this concept of physical sex as permanent and inescapable is actually incomplete, inaccurate, and irrelevant. Are trans women really “male” in any way that matters? I don’t think so.

Thank you for bringing back that great old term “gaslighting” from that great old movie staring Ingrid Bergman and Charles Boyer, about a cruel husband who conspires to drive his wife to insanity so that he can take her inheritance. “Gaslighting” is what the Democrat/glbt party is trying to do to us. Militant lesbians are in a weird position (no pun intended). A lesbian yesterday was talking about how wonderful it was that the NCAA allows trans whatevers (men who think they’re women) to play on womens’ teams. So, now lesbian feminist radicals are advocating men taking the place of women.
And always drama queens. This isn’t genuine angst it is attention getting hysteria. Is this what they think women are really like? I am a woman, and I think it is a grotesque pantomime of what it is to be a woman. They are insulting us with their over-the-top cheap theatrics.
A male can not be turned into a female. Any misguided attempt to so does not create a woman, it merely results in a mutilated man. The whole word “transgendered” is a lie. We should call it what it is: sexual mutilation.
The good old term “eunuch” works for me.
The big lie by those who want us to believe them when they tell us up is down and down is up and that, for example, this guy should stay president for another 4 years because things are so screwed up.
If we would simply learn to accept their pronouncements and act accordingly, they think things would be so much easier.
So, they practice on us, telling us ridiculous things to see if we’ll go along if they repeat the lie often enough.
