I have to admit, I am surprised.

While I did know America was on a downward trend, I didn’t realize that the slope was well over 45 degrees. We seem to be dying, as a country, as quickly as possible.

It is amazing. I mean, all of us on Free Republic are watching, have been for years and years, and we know what's going on -- but still each day seems to bring new evidence that the decline more rapid and more complete than even we can imagine.

While I do look forward to voting for Cruz, I'm 95% sure that the fix we need does not involve the ballot box.
