Forgetting about “Tea Party” and “Republican” the simple fact of the matter is that all *real* Christian believe that marriage can only involve exactly *three* “X” chromosomes and *one* “Y”.
To: rightwingcrazy
Or sue businesses who don’t want to participate in their perversion of marriage.

Intellectually dishonest argument.

As far as I am concerned, homo’s can do what ever they want and enter into any contract they want to....but it is NOT marriage.
They used to complain that whatever they do is a private matter between consenting adults, and I agree with that from the standpoint of legality. Now it is their identity.
However, they refuse to keep it private and insist that I [we] have to not only approve but have to support it lest I [we] be labeled a hater, homophobe and whatever other derogatory name du jour and use the guns of government to enforce it.
They can stuff it in more ways than one. I am so sick of this sheite!

These idiots think that if they could only drive the social conservatives out of the party, the young people will come flocking in.
Yeah, those with trust funds will. The rest of the population - not so much.
Imagine the Republican party just the same as the Libertarian party - and getting no more than the same 5% of the vote every election.

Committing adultery, drunkenness, taking the Lords name in vain, lying, and engaging in pre-marital sex are all considered to be morally dangerous actions by virtually all of those who wish to see gay marriage halted. Yet, I am not aware of a single respected conservative politician who believes that any of those behaviors should be outlawed by the government nationally. Its widely understood that although these behaviors may be immoral in the minds of many people, so long as individuals actions are not harming others they should generally be allowed. Two dudes getting "married" isn't outlawed anywhere. Not a single state has a law preventing consenting adults from living in whatever domestic arrangement they wish. No law prevents them from finding a willing shaman, priestess, or witch doctor to bless it as sanctified.
The homo marriage onslaught is no less than a cynical assault on sanity, and this fool is proud jump on board.
The West is simply too stupid to survive.

Say anything you want. But in promoting this perversion, you’re an accomplice in the current transformation of my country into a degenerate sewer. And I hope you choke to death for that. You’re no better than Bill Ayres in my book.

Its undeniable the tides in the gay marriage debate have clearly shifted in favor of those who believe in personal freedom, people being fired and businesses being shut down for not agreeing is a form of "personal freedom"??

Justin Haskins:
True supporters of liberty believe that regardless of your race, your religion, your gender, and even your sexual orientation, freedom still belongs to you. It is your inalienable right that no one, especially not government bureaucrats and politicians, have the right to take away from you. If ones principles are truly founded upon the rock of liberty, there is no justifiable reason for preventing consenting adults from engaging in loving relationships, regardless of whether or not those relationships are considered to be in line with Christian morality. In other words, he knows that Christianity disagrees with his politics, but he's a politican first and foremost.

This isnt to say that Im the only self-identified American conservative who believes in marriage equalityThe use of Newspeak is evidence that the writer is not a conservative, regardless of what he may think he is.
Marriage equality has been in the law since the beginning. That is, any man, regardless of his sexual predilections, is free to marry a woman of his choosing, laws regarding consanguinity, age, bigamy and consent excepted. Similarly, any women, regardless of her sexual predilections, is free to marry any man of her choosing within the above framework of restrictions.
Since "marriage", by definition, involves a man and a woman, the status quo constitutes perfect equality.

Interesting leap the self-proclaimed Christian Conservative made there.
The correct comparison of those sinful behaviours would be to homosexuality, not to 'sodomite so-called marriages'. If he wanted to make a comparison to Sodomite marriages it would be to Marriage between a man and an animal; or Marriage between a man and child; or between multiple parties -- all which everyone agrees are not marriages, but a perversion and sickness.

Most gay “marriages” are open - meaning the participants can have sex with as many partners as they want. Gay “marriage” is a political stunt not a commitment.
