Would the SCOTUS have ruled the same way in 1942 on a Japanese woman wanting a job at some store and being turned down?

Probably not because the decision was based partly on the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

You mean, back when a black man could not get a cup of coffee at the same counter as you in Mobile Alabama? That country?

Or when a catholic couldn’t get elected because people thought they would become an agent of Pope?

Or during that time, not so long ago, when people were stuffed into ovens in Poland because they were circumcized?

Yeah, lets go back to that time.
