what a quaint idea. We've gone so far into left field that some agencies feel they are entitled to do what ever they can get away with. Our only remedy is to sue them if they will allow it, or vote them out of office next election.
Yeah, they could even be cute and call em the 4th, 5th and 8th amendment.
For guidance they could refer to something codified by the state of Virginia in 1776 and even find some influence in an English document, circa 1215, called The Magna Carta...
