It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity, said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. Ive never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond.

Unless your name is Bundy...
And oh-so-interestingly, all but one supposedly belonged to the Cossacks, the other belonging to the Bandidos. Amazing odds, that, supposedly in a fracas where both groups were supposed to be mingling in this fight. Pretty bizarre odds that only members one one of the two gangs was killed, whether it was gang members shooting at each other, or all shot by cops.
And zip, zero, nada word that I've seen on who/how among the injured.
Very, very stinky.
Ayup.
BIG OL BUMP.
Rush Limbaugh, who claims the mantle of being the antidote to MSM spin, will show his false colors and go right along with the silent MSM. He lives in fear of being called a "conspiracy theorist" and that fear shackles him. I hope he proves me wrong, but I ain't holding my breath.
The judge set the bail at one million for all of them “to send a message”. Bail is supposed to be set on whether an individual is a flight risk. With this mindset if one person in a group (or pretending to be) did anything illegal, the whole group could be held without due process.
Multiple people initiating fast semi-auto fire simultaneously could easily be mistaken for automatic fire. Yet, some PDs certainly do have full auto M-16s and M-4s so who knows.
The 3 bikers that were released due to bail being reduced to $25,000 ($2,500 cash) belong to an antique Harley Davidson club, group, or organization called The Vise Grips. A www search will reveal more inf. about said org. They have a patch of a goat with a mc wheel in the goat’s mouth, their club name, and South Austin, being their locale rocker. Also the #13 diamond, and MC square. There is references to 74’s, possibly the primary year of antique bikes that they ride, restore, rebuild, etc.
I stand corrected. No did a weekend in Saratoga Springs in the late 70s. Never convicted, all charges tossed. Not sure if I could do much time in Waco. But to piss off the local cops, it might be fun.
I think a very plausible scenario is that after the first report of gunfire was heard (whether the shot was fired by police or bikers) it turned into a police turkey shoot. That’s certainly happened before.
Don’t remember them rounding up all the Teamsters when the mobbed-up union officials got caught whacking someone.
A number of them will be wearing ‘soft’ body armor under their uniforms, which will stop most pistol bullets. It also gives the wearer the appearance of being overweight.
Forensics labs have been known to produce false results as they are paid by how many successful prosecutions they help. If the defense has enough resources, they can hire experts of their own, and hope the evidence wasn’t tampered with.
such clauses/conditions should be void as a matter of law. Unenforceable in any for and it should be unethical for a prosecutor to demand it or a judge to allow it.
The only tool the state has is force, and it is eagar to use it. The court will not stand in the way of injustice. Courts, like cops, are only for profit and cleanup, after the deed.
My thought is that the bikers, to the extent they were armed with guns, were probably armed mostly with 9 mm, .40 cal., .38, & .357 magnum weapons. Rounds from all of those make very different wounds than .223 & .556 NATO rounds fired from riles. IOW, determine the types of round that inflicted the fatal wounds, and determining who fired those rounds becomes pretty easy. Could be difficult for the LEO types.
I think the EPA just resurrected it. Except they don’t even bother with a contract.
Nifong
Thank you.
Finally the money line appears.
Well.
