WHEN IS $HIT going to stop??
The police are having the same issues they did during the day when they were out gunned by the bad guys. Now they are being attacked by the bad guys.
WE AS VETERANS and others need to make it a point to find a way to help.

So we learned that the cop
unlocked the doors via key fob.
Did we ever learn how the dog opened the door?

I await further explication of the incident before I cheer or scoff.

Beautiful mutt... awesome pic.
Dogs... they love you unconditionally. Like them better than I like most people.
Got three pooches. I’d have more if I had more room.

Back in the day I used to do dog rescue. It was tough not keeping them all.

Did we ever learn how the dog opened the door? Trunk lids have been spring-loaded for ages. I suspect there is also a cop car option for a spring-loaded rear door, activated by a key fob. The human cop would still hsve to close the door, but we all know how careless dogs are about closing the door behind them. :)

Commonly, it opens the window and the dog jumps out.

Importantly, human DNA is often recoverable from dog teeth, especially if the dog broke the skin and got some of the suspects’ blood on him as well.

No description of the perps, just a mention of an old Lincoln at a rest stop. I wonder what motive would keep the police and media from releasing a description of the criminals so that others do no fall victim to this type of ambush.
To: RightOnTheBorder
uhh...silence might be to lull perps while they’re being hunted down.
