He was 14 and there have been many 14 year olds charged as adults after being charged with a violent crime.

And, you may want to read up on Arkansas laws.

The statute of limitations on child molestation does not run out until the victim turns 28 years old.

Josh has 11 years on that clock right now. The youngest victim is STILL a minor at 17 right now.

And all this happened 13 years ago.

Hardly unsupervised teens investigating adult situations under the influence of hormones.

Really,I was reading that they could not prosecute after 3 years.
