No note went home, no calls were made. Now parents in Efland, North Carolina are understandably outraged to learn that their 8 and 9-year-olds homosexual teacher decided to read a gay fairy tale that the assistant principal gave him to the youngsters.

Wow.
I just don’t think I’ll ever become fully acclimatized to what a sick, deviant country this has become.
I'm just happy my kids are grown and are both right-wing Christian conservatives, like me :-)
This is but one (and only one) example of what I mean when I respond to people who tell me they don’t care what anyone does behind closed doors and therefore it doesn’t matter what ‘they’ do -
It’s the AGENDA. It’s their shameless INDOCTRINATION of children. It’s the witch hunts of people with religious convictions to attempt to FORCE them to participate in their homosexuality, or be destroyed. And they never, ever give it a rest.
Oh yes, and homosexuality is an abomination to God.
What other story would you expect a fairy to tale?
It does seem redundant.
Yes, me too. Every generation has its burdens.
It is maddening, but the choice not to home school, or not to find the money for a parochial education is still a choice parents make 12 different times. EVERY DAMN FALL!
A pile of crap is just that, a pile of crap. Even if you call it butterscotch pudding, it's a pile of crap.
Queers are playacting when they call themselves "married." Likewise, the "state."
I used to know a homosexual man who was the school librarian at an international school.
I guess he was an exception to this kind of activism because I talked to him at length about and his position was simply, if a high school student asked him “Are you Gay?” he’d not deny it but that it was none of their business and and his personal life had no place in his job.
It gets worse. While over in Afghanistan supporting the Marines at various FOBS, there was a lot of down time waiting for a helicopter ride back to Leatherneck. There were boxes full of donated paperbacks for the Marines to read. I picked up a couple of adventure novels to read and soon discovered that without exception the majority of the reading material included homosexual characters and themes or were militantly anti-Christian in their content. When I realized what was going on, it sent a chill down my spine, and still does.
Get YOUR children out of the government indoctrination centers - NOW!!
parents need to step up and confront the school administration
