One of my sons is a Scout leader, and spends a lot of time on it. His two sons have both made Eagle Scout over the past two years. I hesitated to ask him what he thought about allowing openly gay boys into the scouts, although I assumed he would be against it, but I can’t believe anyone could go along with welcoming pederasts into the organization.
The Girl Scouts went crazy quite some time ago. Now it looks as if the Boy Scouts will follow them down the drain, unless they oppose this horrible idea. Time to shovel out this guy who is making so much trouble.

It's not just corporate America driving this. The BSA is an organization in decline, and it's been declining for years. If the leadership thinks it's a good business practice to turn the thing into an orgy of homosexual camping trips, then that's what they're going to do. It's no different than any other non-profit organization that is run by well-compensated leaders who need to justify their own existence no matter what the cost to anyone else.
Anyone interested in raising their boys to be upstanding citizens would do well to disassociate yourself from this organization and set up your own local group where you can exercise all the control a responsible parent should be exercising.

The only thing that has kept the BSA going the last 20 years has been the adoption of BSA by the Mormons as their primary young men’s program.
