(RNN) - All six officers charged for the death of Freddie Gray have been indicted by a grand jury.
"As our investigation has continued, additional info has been discovered, and, as is often the case, additional charges can be added," Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby said during a press conference in Baltimore.

I don’t have a problem with them being charged or even over charged if there is any question at all as to their guilt. let a jury sort it out.
It’s much better than them getting off because their cops. That’s what usually happens...
Tyrannical law should be ignored, and treated with disdain whenever possible.
Zimmerman repeat.
How is this, in any way, a “Zimmerman repeat”? George Zimmerman acted in self-defense, against a real and present threat to his life. These officers plainly did not.
I suspect the only person to be charged might be the driver for failure to belt the prisoners in. They had just chafed the policy a few days before as I recall, and that is assuming hey can prove he was informed when Gray was transported. Then they have to prove he purposely drive in a manner to kill him. I don’t see how that will be possible.
It’s not a county thing, it’s a Baltimore city problem. The rest of Baltimore County is fairly well-run.
5th Amendment, 1sr Clause:
“”No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury...”
Who will challenge this obscenity? The next focus is unchallenged neighborhoods, by cascade events. Hey, BHO and her/its minions- are not good folks.
“Not only that but nationalization of the police 101. The Obama goons go out in the street to start riots, make the cops look like they are out of control, and in steps the regime to nationalize the cops.”
Hitler made local law enforcement answer to his henchmen. The Gestapo had full authority while policemen had theirs taken away.
Our country is waking up to the fact that justice is no longer served equitably. Instead it is handed out through various iterations of double and triple standards. Every crime is treated differently depending on the class/race/LGTB of victim, the status of perp, the interest by the media, and whether it might be a designated hate crime, etc. The elites have their favorites.
If I sound cynical it is because I am. There is no straightforward equal justice, as it all depends on much more than the circumstances of the crime.. If you are a rich CEO banker the shareholders will pay in a civil suit, even though CEO committed the crime of grand larceny. If you are a cop and shoot an innocent homeowner who’ll walk too, when joe average would be treated differently. If you are a Zimmerman that the media hates you’ll be crucified before the trial. If you dig graves and spit on the street you might be hauled off to jail.
if Mosby thinks that Freddie was injured during the arrest, here is another “police brutality” case she needs to prosecute.

Black DA’s are hurting the cities and law enforcement in general. In Albany NY the DA refused to arrest Occupy Wall Street protestors who broke laws.
It’s a new form of jury nullification, instead they don’t charge Black/Leftist criminals and they overcharge cops.
At this point, it safe to say that the rioting is an epidemic that will hit other cities. I am staying out of Philadelphia just to be sure.
I feel that there is unlikely to be justice in Baltimore. Where is Lord Calvert when we need him?
“Notice that the public still hasnt been given one shred of evidence of what these cops did. All you we know is they arrested him and put him in the van.”
Well, I think when you arrest an apparently healthy person and put him in a van and one hour later he is dead, people are going to be suspicious about that.
