LOS ANGELES, May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Calls for the resignation of Los Angeles City Attorney, Mike Feuer, were made after an investigatory article from the Washington Examiner exposed him and his staff for what appears to be a politically-motivated, discriminatory and malicious prosecution of an innocent man.

*HE* should be prosecuted!!!
There really does need to be a way to criminally charge and imprison prosecutors who behave in this manner.
There is, but it is rarely done.
If Feuer was the complaining witness, he has no civil immunity.
If I were the victim of this fraud, the last thing Mike Feuer would have to worry about is prosecution.
Amen! Rogue prosecutors such Mike Feuer and Wisconsin's John Chisholm must be brought to justice.
Some scores are best settled with a baseball bat.
I had the same thought. Sometimes frontier justice is most appropriate.
Don’t forget the prosecutor that went after Tom Delay.
Dennis Prager had a replay of his interview with the article’s author on his radio show today.
FROM IJREVIEW:
After Being Cleared of Sexting Allegations, Former L.A. GOP Official Files $5 Million Civil Rights Suit Against City
Last year, Scott Hounsell, the former Executive Director of the Los Angeles County Republican Party, made national headlines when he was arrested for allegedly sexting a 16-year-old girl through Facebook.
After a nine-month court battle, all charges were dropped against Hounsell, who has now filed a $5 million civil rights lawsuit against the Los Angeles City Attorneys office. The suit alleges malicious prosecution, abuse of power, civil rights violations, slander and libel.
In a press release obtained by IJReview today (below), Hounsell claims the City Attorneys office had evidence that the alleged victims computer had been examined by the LAPD and that no evidence of illicit conversations existed.
Though the District Attorneys office declined to press charges after that investigation, Freddy Sayegh, an attorney for Hounsell, states:
The Los Angeles City Attorney filed charges knowing they were false, it withheld exculpating evidence, failed to conduct a proper investigation into the allegations even though the victim herself denied ever receiving such messages or texts. This was a politically motivated arrest that cost Mr. Hounsell his career and reputation. . . .
A second Amen from me. I was thinking about the Wisconsin case as well.
I’d like to think we live in a civilized society, but it is breaking down rapidly. If the “elites” who are behind all this corruption want to avoid frontier justice, they would be well advised to get rid of the corruption that leads people to look elsewhere for justice. It’s interesting that rioters and looters are excused for their behavior on the grounds of “no justice, no peace”. Those who excuse them are not likely to excuse frustrated non-minorities.
Conservatives need to be prepared. I’m heartened to know that we are so much better prepared that the wussy lefties.
