Wasn’t this more like taking care of business before near by innocents got hurt or worse?
Plus IMO the police don’t get paid to act second because they want to go home alive.
We don't know where the undercover government agents were in the gathered motorcycle crowd.
And we don't know what they were up to.
And, we don't know the size of the perforations in the dead guys.
I'm willing to wait till the silt settles.
