A website widely read by bikers called “The Aging Rebel” has published an alternative account of what happened during Sunday’s bloody shootout in Waco, Texas. The article titled The Waco Police Massacre brings out a number of details not previously published and also presents the controversial theory that event was essentially a police ambush.

Uh- I guess you, and everyone else posting to this thread care, seeing how you take the time to contribute. I post facts when I find them... seeing how the facts are hard to come by in this dynamic event.
Oh yeah ... first the Christian and civic clubs DO ASK permission. At least in the areas I mentioned. The president of the Ma and Pa club I rode with was also the mayor of the town and a hard core conservative. SHE was the secretary at the Confederation meetings. Don't forget that I attend these meeting in North Calif, Nevada and Arizona and know what clubs also attend. Second, just an experienced friendly word of advice ... don't wear an MC clubs colors in an area without that club having permission to do so. VERY dangerous.
No, TEA is not criminal no matter what sophistry and word games people play. A bandito and such is. And if a community doesn’t want such types around, im just telling you how Texas can be. And this is nothing new historically, in Texas, or in other places that experience criminal gangs throwing their weight around.
Its disgraceful to associate TEA with Mexican gangs like banditos.
The Police have to follow the law always as well, that’s what this country stands for even if some people find the victims distasteful.

I do indeed know. And I know they only care of someone wears a patch clearly designed to took like a hells angel or bandito patch. Or if a club decides they want to start acting like thugs or engaging in crime.
They could care less about the after church social club. There is not a single instance where they have attacked the retired geezer Goldwing club. And no, most people don’t run seek out their local criminal to ask if they can ride with their friends.
Lots of witnesses were scared out of their wits and ran into a cooler. The bikers were the ones with the guns blazing. And if you’ve read any of my posts you know I don’t like cops. But in this case if there are gun shots and bikers come running out of a place the cops should start mowing them down. Not one “civilian” was hurt.

Im just saying, if a community perceives a danger, these guys are very exposed. Even rudimentary training would tell one that the bikes really need to lay low now.
Anything happens to any criminal biker, it would be very easy to lay it at the feet of a gang war.
