Those were the instructions for Chelsea's co-workers at not only NBC News but also at the management consulting firm at McKinsey where she briefly worked. Apparently Chelsea's attitude is so toxic that even dedicated liberals at the Clinton Foundation have split rather than having to deal with Chelsea according to a New York Post report:

She IS her mother. Another Hillary. Trained by Hillary. Indoctrinated by Bill and Hillary. She was primed as a commie from birth. Who IS surprised by this?

In his excellent book “Unlimited Access” Gary Aldrich describes this exact behavior from her mother, if she was coming down the hall, staffers were expected to exit the hallway and not be seen or make eye contact.
This didn’t come out of a vacuum.
They are all scummy grifters of the highest order.
It is exactly as I told others back when Bill was first elected. First Bill, then Hillary, the Chelsea. so this new thought is nothing new, it was/is their plan. Now that Hillary has become so toxic, the sympathy vote is directed to the “poor pity me” little Chelsea, the stand my yo mama thing.
