No, its that typical middle age loser biker BS. Basically they pretend to be what they see on TV. And sometimes when drunk they do this and cause misery for the cities they are in.

From the pictures I’ve seen, probably a mix of whites and Tejanos. I think two colors there were Vaqueros and Scimitar. Some say one of the clubs were the Kossacks.
