Sunni and Shia have been fighting each other over there for over 1000 years ... before there were those arbitrary boundaries and now after those arbitrary boundaries are gone ... are we supposed to care who wins ? ... if either side ever wins?
Tell me why I should care which ISLAMIC faction wins this in another 1000 years or so. Tell me why our men and women should go over there and lay down their lives in order to take sides in a 1000 year old religious war.
