Former Obama CIA chief: Foreign governments have Hillary’s emails

EXCERPT

Michael Morell, who served as the CIA’s deputy director and acting director from 2010 to 2013, told talk radio host Hugh Hewitt that there’s little chance that other governments didn’t intercept the emails in some way.

“I think that foreign intelligence services, the good ones, have everything on any unclassified network that the government uses, whether that’s a private server or a public one,” Morell said. “They’re that good.”

The State Dept “misplaced” six billion dollars under Hillary. Anyone believe that she didn’t get some or all of that?

Unfortunately I think most governments spying and collecting intel would rather use the information to blackmail her should she rise to an elevated political position like secretary of state or maybe president.

I already arranged for a Russian citizen to ask the FSB.
I’ve got an answer. They don’t say do they have emails or not but they say emails in question belongs to a Department of State of the United States which is a legal source of it due to a position of at least one correspondent and might contain confidential information critical to well-being of American citizens, society as a whole and American state. For that reason no organization other than authorised bodies of the government of the United States may decide if the whole correspondence or part of it should be passed to a third party or made public, based on established procedures on handling such data in a Department of State of USA.

Regarding the situation in question it doesn’t seems like producing any breach in Russian national security, doesn’t violate Constitutiton or/and Federal Laws of Russian Federation and for that reason your complain doesn’t prompts legal action on on part of FSB.

If you have some editional information contrary to our conclusion you should provide it to us to reconsider such decision. At this point we are warning you that providing a knowingly false information on such facts may lead to your prosecution under article 306 of Penal Code RF which if connected with fabrication of false evidence incriminating an innocent individual may be punished by up to 6 years of forced hard labor and a fine of 100,000 to 300,000 rubles. If your information is sensitive or you don’t trust open channels of communication you can visit our nearest office and share with an officer in charge in person.

We aren’t authorised to evaluate situations like this based on foreign legal legislation so if you indeed insist to push for legal action based on presented information you should translate your complain into English language - an official language of United States of America and file it to an office of The President of the United States Barack Hussain Obama who are a superior to a Secretary of State. If you believe the violation is grave beyond disciplinary misconduct you should contact the office of Attorney General of US.

If you are disagree with this answer and believe it violates your right for security you have right to appeal to the Director of FSB or to complain to a public prosecutor of Tverskoy district or file a lawsuit at Tverskoy district court of downtown administrative ocrug of city of Moscow.

I note they didn't actually say they don't have 'em...

let’s hope Israel has them and if there is a smoking gun secretly releases them to someone in Congress to blow this thing out of the water.. the Democrats are full of Israel haters and they would be doing themselves a big favor making sure Hillary never sets foot in the Oval Office

I love that idea. Or we could cover them in fish oil and blood and troll for sharks with them. Treason on an unprecedented scale

I don’t believe her server fed directly to the web. Her IT guy did that through one of his.

They gave it to Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist. Obama bought the theft of the Egyptian election. El Sisi spoiled their evil party.

Yes, president Sisi has proof and Hillary’s emails.

I noticed Kim Dot Com (the geek that the US gov’t would like to arrest)...gave an interview last week in New Zealand. He says that Julian Assange of WikiLeaks has some Hillary emails....some sort of slanted episode that will unfold later in the year. He was careful how he said it. My guess is that they have bits and pieces of the Benghazi episode.

“let’s hope Israel has them and if there is a smoking gun secretly releases them to someone in Congress to blow this thing out of the water..”

Israel is probably the only country with the integrity to do it.

Since the news about her server came out I thought of Snowden. Probably why he feared for his life. Bet he has it all.
