US Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz stated that the Boston Marathon Bombing “was not a religious crime…it was a political crime” at a press conference on Friday.
Ortiz said, “Make no mistake, the defendant claimed to be acting on behalf of all Muslims. This was not a religious crime. And it certainly does not reflect true Muslim beliefs.

But none of that reflects true muslim beliefs.
Carmen should be fact checking with the Caliphate of ISIS.

This is 100% outside the purview of this official and was in no way an aspect of the trial.
There is no reason or basis for her to make such a statement, true or false.
She would have no way to know this, and even if true, is irrelevant.

There’s no wall of separation between mosque and state. In Islam, the religious IS the political.
Moreover, there are thousands of muslims who would tell you it certainly DOES reflect their beliefs, and who is a non-muslim to tell them they are wrong about their own religion?
