I don’t have a problem either. But why was he doing 106 on a section of track rated at 50 mph? His lapse of memory is might convenient.

Eleven minutes from last stop?
He said he found his phone in bag after crash to call 911. Funny everyone else’s purses, computers etc were tossed around and couldn’t be seen because there was no electricity. Am betting his phone was already in his hand.
Authorities have his phone. Records WILL be checked

We now have two train wrecks and an airline crash where a homo was at the throttle. Two had known problems with the law and mental health. We aren’t sure yet about this one. What are those odds?

“I read that one of the first things he did was lawyer up.”
So you think that that was inappropriate for some reason? If you had just been at the controls of a train that left the tracks and killed a bunch of passengers you wouldn’t get yourself a lawyer before answering any questions about your involvement? Guilty or innocent, he did the right thing to protect himself. At the end of the day, if he’s guilty, his lawyer won’t be able to keep him from being punished.

They just found the body of another victim in the wreckage.

That's exactly what I would do if questioned by agents of the State.
That's why my lawyer is on retainer and on speed dial.
Especially I would do that if innocent.

That's exactly what I would do if questioned by agents of the State. Especially how the agenda requires someone to blame, no matter what the issue or cause.
I'm putting $10 down on "Global Warming" - anyone know the odds?

Good point - and part of the trinity:
1 - NEVER consent to a search without a warrant
2 - Remain silent
3 - Get counsel
