Gotnews.com has independently identified the engineer at the center of the Amtrak crash that has killed at least seven.
Brandon Bostian is the 32-year-old gay man who lawyered up after a deadly derailment in Philadelphia. The train was reportedly going twice the speed limit.
ABC 6 previously reported that Brandon Boshan, not Brandon Bostian, was to blame for the deadly crash. (They have since taken down the link.)
Bostian is a gay activist who previously worked at Target as a cashier before joining Amtrak, according to his LinkedIn.

Of course it is, with the media its always blame Republicans first, facts later..once the seed has been planted people will actually believe that this is all Republicans fault, when it was the Engineer himself who took this train on a high speed trip to death..106 miles per hour, when only moments before the crash he decided to brake, why didnt he brake sooner? Because he was texting someone, or talking to someone on the phone..that is why the feds want his phone records

And this was the crash that the Gubermint initiated the PTC requirement for all engines. The problem was that the technology didn’t exist. I worked until 2011 for Safetran Systems in California until they moved out of state (now owned by Siemons) they were hard at work on the system but ultimately couldnt get there act together. Bottom line Ptc has only been released to the railroads for a couple of years and retrofit install for each engine is about a week. There is just no way the tens of thousands of engines that require PTC are all fitted at this point. The clown on Greta tonight is a typical lefty, “infrastructure....money money money” is the problem. Ask Odunga and the missing 800 billion. And yet the Gov. subsidized Amtrack will have their PTC install@ed before the Gov. deadline.
Haven’t read through every Comment here, but I could have sworn that Amtrak had a Policy to have Two Engineers in the Cab after the accident in Los Angeles a few years ago.
Heck, they have two Guys running the Engine on that Alaska Railroad Show.

Here is the problem... I have seen it multiple times on multiple Class 1 RR's. You have railroaders with 20 years experience looking for work, but the Class 1 railroads' HR department will not hire the experienced person because they would rather take a flunkie microagression victim group affirmative action type that was previously employed at a carwash, and molding them in the corporate image of bogus safety and tolerance culture bullshit.
I am not just ranting aimlessly, I saw it firsthand... people were hired and promoted ahead of seasoned veteran railroaders.
The L.A. Times today ran a profile on Robert Sanchez, the Metrolink train engineer who died along with 24 others when the train he was guiding collided with an oncoming Union Pacific train last Friday in the tragic accident that injured 135 other people.
Among the things that the profile reveals is that Sanchez was gay and had a lover who committed suicide five years ago:
"In the years before his death, Sanchez led a nomadic life, with public records showing addresses in Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Nebraska and California. In 2000, he and Daniel Charles Burton, a waiter, bought a home in Crestline. Burton moved to California from West Haven, Conn... seeking better weather and the freedom to be gay..... On Feb. 14, 2003, Burton hanged himself in the garage of their home. 'Rob, Happy Valentine's Day,' read a note Burton left behind.... 'I love you. Please take care of yourself and Ignatia. I love you both very much. Daniel.' Ignatia was the greyhound the men owned. The coroner's report showed that Burton tested positive for HIV."

re “affirmative action for gays” Target is a very gay-friendly company. That’s why they ejected the Christmas time Salvation Army bell ringers from their stores gay activists inside the company objected to the SA’s moral teachings.
I once had the discomfort to be assigned to a lesbian supervisor. She left the organization and went to a government agency. One day I ran into her in the street. She proudly told me she loved her new job and she hired only gays and lesbians. (It was a Democrat city with lotsa gays on the city council, so who can you complain to?) Maybe Amtrak has a gay hiring fella with “pull” (excuse the pun).
